Customer Program Executive (Order Management – Semiconductor)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Program Executive (Order Management) to support end‑to‑end customer order execution for semiconductor customers.
This role serves as a key coordination point between customers, commercial, technical, planning, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order processing, on‑time delivery, and smooth customer operations.

Key Responsibilities
RFQ Management
  • Download and manage RFQ packages from customer portals.
  • Request and follow up on missing or additional RFQ information from customers.
  • Maintain accurate RFQ tracking and documentation.

Purchase Order (PO) & Item Master Tracking
  • Perform daily review of customer PO reports to identify new POs or changes.
  • Check item master (IM) availability and revision status.
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Technical teams on IM creation and updates.
  • Maintain and circulate IM tracking reports.
< Clermont>Sales Order (SO) Processing & Customer Acknowledgement
  • Load and firm Sales Orders based on quoted lead times and master data.
  • Acknowledge customer POs and confirm order acceptance.
  • Coordinate with Production and Planning teams to confirm commit dates.
  • Update customers on delivery commitments and changes.
Planning & Delivery Coordination
  • Review schedules and manage committed delivery dates.
  • Expedite materials and parts in collaboration with NPI and Production teams.
  • Track and monitor On‑Time Delivery (OTD) against customer required dates.
Shipment & Logistics Support
  • Check stock availability and storage locations prior to shipment.
  • Arrange and coordinate local and overseas shipments.
  • Prepare shipment documents (PTN, packing SDN) and ensure proper labeling.
  • Provide shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Invoicing & Payment Coordination
  • Follow up on invoicing and payment matters with internal teams and customers.
  • Support resolution of billing or payment‑related issues.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in order management, program coordination, customer operations, or supply chain roles.
  • والث exposure to semiconductor, EMS, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar).
  • Strong coordination, follow‑up, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Detail‑oriented with good documentation and tracking discipline.
