Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Engagement Partner/Manager to drive sales execution and support brand initiatives. The successful candidate will establish relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders, execute marketing strategies, and manage account activities. Job description

Our client is a growing pharmaceutical company with a regional presence in Asia. They are expanding their commercial team in Singapore and are looking for a Customer Engagement Partner/Manager. This role focuses on sales execution, contribution to brand initiatives, and selected market access activities across hospital and specialist accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance within assigned territory to achieve agreed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with HCPs, hospital stakeholders, and key accounts.
  • Execute field marketing activities aligned with approved brand and territory plans.
  • Support the development and execution of brand plans, including input on customer segmentation, positioning, and tactical initiatives.
  • Contribute market and customer insights to brand planning through field feedback and data analysis.
  • Support hospital access activities, including formulary listing, tender support, and account follow-up where required.
  • Communicate product value, clinical data, and approved promotional materials in a compliant manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or key account experience.
  • Prior exposure to hospital or specialty products is preferred.
  • Exposure to marketing support activities or brand initiatives within a pharmaceutical setting is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Able to work independently with good organization and time management skills.
  • A valid driving license and own vehicle.
