Position Overview
The curriculum and enrichment specialist play a key role in improving educational programmes that enhance students’ academic learning, character development, and holistic growth. The role supports both HQ‑led initiatives and franchise centres to ensure consistent delivery of quality after‑school programmes, while fostering strong partnerships with enrichment vendors and educational partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Planning & Review
- Review and enhance after‑school academic and character development programmes for primary school students.
- Align curriculum and programme design with MOE standards, centre philosophy, and desired learning outcomes.
- Review student feedback and programme assessments to improve learning outcomes and engagement.
- Enrichment Programme Management
- Source, evaluate, and onboard enrichment vendors and partners offering quality programmes including academic and character education.
- Coordinate and monitor enrichment timetables, student participation, and vendor performance across all centres.
- Work closely with franchisees to promote enrichment programmes and ensure a minimum class size is achieved for each offering.
- Support centres in programme marketing and parent engagement related to enrichment enrolment.
- Source quality subject‑matter tutors and review their lesson plans and delivery to ensure centre‑wide consistency.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with centre managers, programme coordinators, and franchisees to align curriculum delivery and enrichment initiatives.
- Liaise with vendors and HQ departments on programme logistics, promotional support, and reporting.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and communication materials for management and franchise partners.
- Research & Innovation
- Keep abreast of educational trends, MOE frameworks, and after‑school learning innovations.
- Recommend and pilot new enrichment themes or formats (e.g., holiday camps, short‑term workshops, or life‑skills series).
- Introduce creative and engaging approaches to sustain students’ interest and holistic growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma, Degree / Postgraduate in education, Early Childhood, Psychology, Child Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in MOE, including at least 1 year in curriculum support, enrichment management, or student care programme coordination.
- Prior experience as MOE teacher, tutor, student care teacher, or programme developer for primary‑level students is highly advantageous.
- Experience working with multiple centres or franchise operations preferred.
