About the role

Responsibility

• Lead research, design and production implementation of a crypto perpetual market‑making engine (funding‑rate‑aware quoting & systematic hedging).
• Architect and build the full stack: pricing engine, hedging rules, execution algorithms, order management, and exchange connectivity.
• Responsible for building risk & P&L monitoring systems, ensuring these are managed within the existing risk management framework.
• Liaise with compliance, legal and exchange partners for onboarding, market access and incentive programs.
• Collaborate alongside a team of quants, traders & developers.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands‑on market‑making experience, ideally in crypto perpetuals markets.
• Deep knowledge of perpetual swaps mechanics : funding rate, indexing / mark price & liquidation mechanics
• Experience with perpetual market‑making on major CEX.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production trading systems (pricing engine, execution algos, risk layer).
• Expert in at least one compiled language (C++ / Rust) and one high‑productivity language (Python).
