Descriptif mission :
As part of the sales and customer support department, you will be in-charge of market analysis and forecasting, fleet management and business performance review to support our customer engagement efforts. You will be leading our business analysis with existing tools such as PowerBI and CRM.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Business Development and collaborate with the business development team on new sales campaigns and projects.
- Provide market intel, analysis and pricing benchmarks to support contract securing.
- Lead fleet management and forecast of existing major contracts to improve profitability.
- Gather market intel and perform market studies to develop business in key strategic markets.
- Support new sales campaigns and projects; analyze key business parameters including sales forecast, aircraft deliveries, flight hours and contract profitability.
- Manage fleet availability and contract performance through regular reviews with Account Managers.
- Support management in business reporting and planning to headquarters.
- Lead mid-term forecasting and budgeting by consolidating actionable market intel.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date market analysis models to support management in charting new business strategies.
- Maintain and improve analysis models for better efficiency and accuracy in forecasting.
- Create and maintain data dashboards using CRM and PowerBI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), VBA programming and PowerBI.
- Self-starter, fully independent and autonomous with ability to adapt to different tasks and objectives.
- Team player with ability to work with different functional teams and stakeholders to achieve a common target.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize with changing needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
