As a Creative Manager, you are responsible for leading and executing innovative content strategies that strengthen brand identity across marketing, digital, editorial, events, and CRM platforms. This role involves working with a team of designers and photographers, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring creative excellence through campaigns, partnerships, and activations.

Adecco is partnering with a prominent fashion-forward international brand specializes in stylish footwear, bags, and accessories designed for modern women. With a strong global presence across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, they currently have an established retail presence over 30 countries.

The Talent
  • Over eight years of senior-level expertise in conceptual creative work, art direction, and graphic design within fashion advertising agencies, brand environments, or creative studios.
  • Proven background in both business and performance-driven digital channels, including digital marketing, editorial, photography, and multimedia production.
  • Track record of leading and executing diverse creative projects, such as brand campaigns, activations, motion content, design systems, events, digital assets, motion graphics, print materials, and social media initiatives.
  • Highly proficient motion designer with the ability to produce exceptional creative assets for both traditional and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale digital asset production, post-production processes, and the technical specifications required for digital marketing deliverables (e.g., video formats, email templates, and quality benchmarks).
  • Well-versed in social media platforms, emerging digital formats, and evolving industry trends.
  • Skilled in creating tailored creative solutions for multiple international markets, including Asia, the US, and non-English-speaking regions.
  • Experienced in developing briefs, creating storyboards, and providing on-set art direction for both still and moving-image productions.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in graphic design, typography, art direction, motion imagery, animation, AI-driven design, and full Adobe Creative Suite expertise.
  • Strong creative vision paired with a solid understanding of business objectives and digital performance strategies.
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, constantly changing environments.
  • Serves as a brand ambassador, actively building and maintaining networks for future collaborations.
  • Flexible with working outside standard office hours, including weekends, when necessary.
  • Open to and experienced in overseas travel for work assignments.
The Job
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative creative ideas for the brand's marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, activations, and content to meet strategic objectives.
  • Define, develop, and take ownership of the brand's creative direction, encompassing design, art direction, video and motion graphics, AR/VR experiences, gamification, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Work closely with functional leaders and key market teams to design and implement content strategies across multiple channels and media formats.
  • Oversee and guide a team of designers and photographers, fostering creativity and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity through high-quality creative output.
  • Safeguard and manage the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all creative projects and global platforms.
  • Deliver impactful and compelling creative presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and champion emerging creative talent within the industry.
  • Seek and cultivate brand growth opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with brand values.
  • Collaborate with producers to define production strategies, workflows, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and creative partners when required.
  • Use insights from campaign performance, market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis to guide creative direction and decision-making.
  • Serve as a creative thought leader, collaborating with Creative Content, photographers, media designers, UI/UX designers, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
