Responsibilities
Creative/Event Photography
- Plan, shoot, and edit event coverage photography & videography.
- Capture content for campaigns, behind‑the‑scenes, events, and brand storytelling.
- Maintain high‑quality visual consistency and storytelling across all media.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and manage content calendars for social platforms.
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior.
- Write compelling captions and post copy aligned with brand tone.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to drive engagement and growth.
Creative Development
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign concepts, branding, and digital storytelling.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and execute them from concept to final delivery.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Strong photography and lighting skills
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and post‑production editing
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom (or equivalent tools)
- Ability to conceptualise and manage creative projects independently from start to finish
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A team player with a proactive attitude and passion for visual storytelling
- A strong portfolio showcasing both video and photography work
