A private education institution in Singapore seeks an Independent and Team player Operation cum Course Executive/Manager to oversee course operations and enhancements. Stag Match is looking for an Independent and Team player Operation cum Course Executive / Manager (Education ).

Responsibilities
  • Provide overall support for course operations, co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
  • Plan and improve SOP.
  • Ensure daily operation run smoothly.
  • Working with Course Developers for new course development
  • Course Auditing
  • Course update, submission to relevant agency
  • Improving learner experience.
  • Provide Training for new Trainers
  • Scheduling Courses and Coordination
  • Plan and scheduling trainers and assignments
  • Co-ordinating with Trainers and stakeholders
  • Working with the operation Team to ensure smooth running of courses
  • Plan and organise regular business reviews
  • Assist in preparation of monthly report and update meeting with senior management
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide support in project research work
  • Assist in the planning and organising of eco-system, internal engagements and transformation initiatives
  • Assist in commercialisation of products and solutions
  • Provide after course and during course support.
  • Able to follow up with claims and collection of fee.
  • Able to travel to branches to branches.
  • Able to ensure day to day smooth course running.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any discipline
  • Prefer with ACTA/DACE
  • Good communication skills and with an excellent command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and with a positive mentality, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as well as a team player
  • Able to lead the team and have good initiative
  • Prior operations and office administration experience preferred
