Job summary

A leading food and beverage group in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager (Accounting/Costing) to oversee all aspects of cost accounting. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, plus 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial management, particularly in the FMCG sector. Responsibilities include analyzing cost variances, managing monthly close processes, and ensuring accurate cost allocation. This role demands strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial & management accounting in FMCG.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Capable of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze variance of actual cost vs budgeted cost.
• Ensure accurate accounting of monthly production costs.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of sub-ledger to G/L.

Education
