About the Role

The Director of Corporate Services oversees Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, Compliance, and Office Operations, ensuring strong governance, operational efficiency, and full regulatory compliance with CPE/EduTrust and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy, policy development, governance, and risk management.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, audits, procurement, and vendor management.
• Provide strategic leadership in HR, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
• Manage administration, office operations, facilities, and business continuity processes.
• Ensure compliance with CPE/EduTrust standards and all statutory requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing Corporate Services team.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related fields;
• 8–12 years of senior management experience in corporate services, preferably in the education or regulated sector.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory environment (CPE, EduTrust, MOM, IRAS, SSG).
• Proven leadership, strong communication, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
