Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the Investor Relations team, supporting the preparation of quarterly results announcements and the production of Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports
- Write clear and engaging content for both internal and external stakeholders to communicate the Company’s goals and brand effectively, including announcements, press releases, and other communication materials
- Organise and support investor, shareholder, and media engagements such as quarterly results briefings, General Meetings (AGM/EGM), conferences, roadshows, and other ad-hoc events
- Support sustainability reporting activities, including data tracking and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Maintain and update the corporate website and social media platforms
- Assist in internal communications initiatives, such as CSR programmes and employee events
- Contribute to other external communications or investor relations-related projects and tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written), with strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills. The ability to effectively communicate key messages to different audiences is essential
- Interest and prior experience, including internships, in corporate communications or investor relations is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design or video editing software is a plus
