Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and target new corporate clients, including local corporates, MNCs, and large SMEs, across a variety of industries.
  • Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and acquire new-to-bank clients through cold calls, networking events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Credit & Risk: Work with credit teams to structure appropriate credit facilities; prepare credit proposals, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Product Advisory: Promote a full range of banking products including loans, trade finance, treasury, and cash management services tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in corporate banking, with a strong focus on client acquisition.
  • Proven track record in sales and relationship building with corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of bilateral loans, syndication, credit structuring, trade finance, and treasury products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
