Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Analyst to join our team in Singapore. As part of the team, you will play a central role in supporting the company’s strategic and fundraising activities, with a focus on financial forecasting, industry analysis, investor presentations, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis – Develop and maintain the company’s financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
  • Presentations & Fundraising Matferials – Prepare high-quality corporate decks, investor presentations, and supporting materials for capital-raising activities.
  • Transaction Support – Assist in capital raising processes by coordinating with investors, advisors, and internal stakeholders; support due diligence and end-to-end transaction execution.
  • Research & Reporting – Research market trends, industry developments, and competitive benchmarks; prepare board and management reports to support corporate governance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier university, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
  • Great attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong business writing skills in both languages.
  • Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.
