A leading offshore law firm is seeking an ambitious corporate lawyer to join its high-performing Singapore office. You will have the opportunity to work on headline transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with leading practitioners and advising a world-class client base. Role Overview

The team is led by highly experienced partners with a proven track record across offshore corporate, funds, and finance transactions. Their expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, preference share issues, IPOs, capital markets, and a wide range of financing arrangements, including leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending, structured finance, fund finance, and secured/unsecured corporate lending. In addition, they bring deep experience advising on the structuring, formation, and maintenance of both regulated and unregulated investment funds across major offshore jurisdictions.

• NB: Prior exposure to US capital markets and M&A preferred while Mandarin language skills would be highly beneficial, though not essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PQE, qualified in a common law jurisdiction (UK, Ireland, Australia, NZ, Canada, South Africa, etc.)
• Solid grounding in corporate law with exposure to US capital markets and M&A transactions
• Strong drafting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a cross-border environment
• Long-term commitment to building a career in Singapore / Asia
• Mandarin language ability desirable but not mandatory
