Job Scope

• Assist Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef with the kitchen work
• Preparation and cooking food according to assigned menus
• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the kitchen at all times
• Any other job duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in kitchen
• Able to carry heavy load of 10-15kg

Working Hours

• Rotating shift (location 1): between 5am to 6pm
• Rotating shift (1 hour break) (location 2): 8am - 6pm, 10am - 8pm / Midnight shift (3 hours break): 8pm - 8am
• Location 3: between 12pm to 10pm, might OT in the morning between (9am-12pm)

Salary

$2355 per month (basic) + $197 per month (AWS allowance) + $25 per month (Flexi Benefits) + VB

Shift Allowances (Applicable to location 2)

Day Shift: $20 / shift (8am - 6pm, 10am - 8pm)
Night Shift: $22 /shift (8pm - 8am)
