Who are we looking for?

We are looking for 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst with P&C Insurance Domain experience.

Technical Skills :

• 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst
• Strong Domain Knowledge – P&C Insurance and One Claim
• Understanding of claims systems / process is not mandatory but would be preferable.
• Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill
• Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies.
• Strong in written and verbal communication
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
• Understanding of Insurance business processes.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies

Roles and Responsibilities :

• BA needs to create data mapping from underwriting systems.
