Job summary

A leading health and superfoods company in Singapore seeks an administrative support professional for maternity leave cover. The role involves handling enquiries, generating invoices and orders, and maintaining documentation. Essential qualifications include a minimum of Secondary School education, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with ERP software. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are required, along with 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an admin-related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel with basic formulas.
  • Relevant training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls, email enquiries, and walk-in requests.
  • Generate stock transfer orders and invoices.
  • Complete daily invoices and delivery orders.
  • Submit monthly promotions to retailers.
  • Invoicing of retailers at month-end.
  • Check monthly sales reports.
  • Update sales collaterals template.
  • Ensure document filing is in order.
  • Consolidate documents from sales outlets monthly.
  • Order office supplies and packaging materials.

  • Must possess minimum Secondary School / "O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field or equivalent

  • Able to work independently, being responsible for your own work and able to meet deadlines
