Job description

Employment Type: Contract

Monthly Salary: Up to $6500

  • Location: Geylang Bahru
  • Office Hours: Appointment required for specific details

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering information and data to identify business requirements and processes with stakeholders.
  • Creation and maintenance of requirements documents and requirements management.
  • Identification of improvement opportunities and support in redesigning the process to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including the project team, to ensure requirements are fully and accurately understood.
  • Manage all testing activities required for system functionalities.
  • Coordinate and administer project schedule, meetings, personnel, and logistics such as resource booking.
  • Plan and administer training plan/schedule for users.
  • Plan, organise and carry out change management activities to ensure smooth transition for any new systems, functions or processes.
  • Perform routine administration functions.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Period:

  • 1 Year Contract

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
  • Up to $6500 + 1 month completion bonus

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of the implementation of IT systems.
  • Experience in implementing e‑procurement solutions will be advantageous.
  • Degree in procurement / project management or IT degree in system administration.
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities, and engage resources within the organization, or outside, to achieve objectives.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical skills and ability to manage and influence change.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
