Responsibilities

• Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract.
• Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender documents and calling for quotations.
• Certificate and evaluate progress work done, including contract administration for variations.
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.

• Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor
