Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP project accounts, including setup and updates for funded programs.
• Verify financial data for project setups and assist with budget projections.
• Prepare and process claims and generate system-triggered invoices.
• Ensure timely submission of research grant claims.
• Prepare journal entries to allocate grant funds.
• Prepare Final Statements of Account for completed projects.
• Process refunds of unutilized funds.
• Handle the closure of SAP and project accounts.
• Participate in process improvements related to research grants.

• Prepare and process claims and generate system-triggered invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of research grant claims to relevant funding agencies.
• Prepare journal entries to allocate grant funds to respective projects.
• Prepare Final Statements of Account (FSOA) for completed projects.
• Process refunds of unutilized funds, including payments and journal entries.
• Handle the closure of SAP and project accounts upon project completion.
• Participate in continuous process improvements, system enhancements, and policy formulation related to the financial administration of research grants.
