Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Use different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.) to find and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles, especially in IT, admin, and operations.
  • Do initial screenings to check candidates’ fit, experience, and interest.
  • Keep track of candidate data and market info in the ATS system.

2. Market Insights & Collaboration

  • Share updates on talent trends, pay ranges, and competitor hiring in Singapore and the region.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
