- User Research and Analysis
- Conduct user research to understand needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Utilize various research methods, including interviews, surveys, and analytics.
- Information Architecture
- Design and organize content for easy navigation and findability.
- Validate information architecture using methods like card sorting and tree testing.
- Usability and Accessibility
- Create content that is accessible and inclusive.
- Design and conduct usability tests to evaluate content effectiveness.
- Content Management
- Audit, track, and map content to information architecture.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all content.
- Design Pattern Application
- Utilize industry best practices and emerging technologies for content organization and presentation.
- Brand Alignment
- Develop content consistent with the company's brand image.
- Address both business goals and consumer needs in content creation.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest developments in SEO, content trends, and consumer behavior.
- Identify areas for improvement based on usability testing and performance metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall product strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Content Strategist, UX Writer, Communications Designer or related design role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, product design, UX, or related field.
- Skilled in copywriting, content creation, and copy editing, including writing in different voices and styles for various target audiences.
- Strong content presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners to deliver services and experiences.
- Strong knowledge of product design processes and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrates systems thinking, teamwork, leadership, planning, and successfully implemented projects in a dynamic and agile environment.
