What You'll Do

You are a hands-on architect accountable for articulating, architecting and actively assisting with selling and delivery of Oracle Consulting’s service offerings around integrating the entire Oracle Cloud (and On-premise) technology stack with the business requirements of our clients in order to deliver transformation.

As a Consulting Solution Manager, you will:

• Own the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and coordinated business solutions
• Demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products
• Act as a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting professional has broad understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families
• Own and drive architectural decisions for large-scale Data & AI transformation projects across cloud and hybrid environments
• Work on POC development, presales activities, and technical solution presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with delivery managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment and successful delivery
• Works directly with consulting sales to analyze customer business needs and carries a soft quota

What You'll Bring

Technical skills

• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services including OCI DI, Data Flow, Object Storage, Autonomous Database (Preferred).
• Hands on experience on developing ML and AI models based on customer requirement
• Strong hands-on experience with multi-cloud ecosystems (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and orchestrating various flow and process using Agentic AI
• Proven ability to lead data migration, cloud modernization, and AI-driven innovation projects

Process experience

• Hands-on experience in presales, POC development, solution architecture, proposal writing and management

Soft skills

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and non-verbal)
• Client-facing skills with proven ability to manage executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and team management skills

• OCI Architect Professional/Data Engineer Associate/OCI Gen AI
