Major Duties

• Has broad in-depth knowledge of the business and acts as the first point of reference.
• on relatively complex high profile activities and projects involving committees and / or senior management and may sometimes include the end-client.
• Works on onboarding clients and investment managers
• Drives initiatives and work processes to improve or address gaps. Works closely with peers in other regions to achieve alignment
• Works with Consultants and Senior Consultants in the team on maintenance and implementation of initiatives procedures and onboarding activities while building towards becoming an area expert.
• Operates under general supervision but works independently most of the time
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
• Has limited impact on own work team

Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

Knowledge

Requires conceptual knowledge of theories practices and procedures within a job discipline

Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
