We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Worker Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in construction work and strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate a team of workers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of construction workers on site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Plan, assign, and monitor manpower and material usage to meet project timelines.
• Inspect work progress and ensure quality workmanship in accordance with project specifications.
• Report site progress, manpower attendance, and any issues to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and management to resolve site-related matters promptly.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for workers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and site management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Preferably possess a valid WSH and Supervisory Safety certificate.
