Qualifications

• Manage team to submission of method statements, drawings, materials samples, and work progress
• Manage workers to carry out stock keeping of spare parts and housekeeping duties
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Experience in private residential projects preferred (landed/terrace/bungalow)Independent and driven personality.
• Experience in handling projects and proven track record with strong background.
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process.
• Confident and have strong presentation & communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
