Job Description & Requirements:

1. Must have knowledge of rebar work.

2. Provide and deliver necessary tools and equipment for various work sites.

3. Able to accept overtime work as per project needs.

4. Capable of leading a team independently and reporting work status to the manager.

5. Must have experience working with workers and knowledge of arranging work for workers.

6. Capable of rectifying site issues and providing materials urgently when needed.

7. Must coordinate with workers and co-drivers, including managing pickup areas and timings.

8. Able to handle and rectify damaged tools and equipment.

9. Support and coordinate effectively with workers at sites and office staff at all times.

10. Must check tools’ working condition before bringing them to work sites.

11. Capable of performing demolition work in case of worker shortages or project end phases.

12. Maintain material stores properly at all times.

13. Able to respond to and handle urgent works at construction sites.

14. Work at sites involving handling heavy materials for loading and unloading with construction workers.
