Responsibilities

• The candidate must have knowledge of Rebar work and know how to prepare and deliver the necessary tools and equipment for the various work sites. Able to handle and rectify damaged tools and equipment.
• The situation of overtime working may be required when the project’s needs.
• Constantly needs to report the work status to the manager.
• Must have experience of managing workers, and ability & knowledge to arrange work for workers.
• Capable of rectifying site issues. Able to provide materials in case of any urgency in the workplace.
• Should be able to coordinate with the workers and co-drivers. Schedule and arrange the pickup area and timing with the co-driver’s morning and evening for all the workers.
• Always able to coordinate, support the workers at sites and office staff efficiently.
• Must check the tools working condition before bringing them to work sites.
• Must have the capacity to do the demolition work in case of a worker in shortage or when the work status is about to end as teamwork.
• You will be the point of contact in any urgent works rise.
• Must be physically fit to carry heavy materials to load and unload to work sites. Material stores to be always maintained properly.
