Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination: Lead and direct construction workers and subcontractors, plan and assign daily tasks, and coordinate with various stakeholders like project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Safety and compliance: Enforce all site safety regulations and procedures, conduct safety briefings, and ensure the work complies with building codes and project specifications.
• Quality and progress control: Monitor the progress of work to ensure it stays on schedule, check the quality of workmanship against standards, and inspect materials and completed tasks.
• Problem-solving: Address unforeseen issues and complications that arise on-site to minimize impact on the project timeline and budget.
• Logistics and materials management: Manage the procurement and delivery of materials, inspect incoming materials, and ensure they meet specifications.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports on manpower, progress, and incidents.
