Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a site supervisor to manage and supervise construction workers on site. The ideal candidate must ensure work is conducted safely and efficiently while adhering to quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, maintaining compliance with legal and company policies, and managing project schedules. Applicants should have at least 1 year's experience in reinforced concrete works, with preference given to those with experience in formwork or carpentry. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction workers on daily site activities.
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• Ensure compliance with safe work procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works.
• Check and ensure material order and fabrication works are in compliance with specifications and drawings.
• Responsible for day-to-day supervision of projects and carry out associated administrative duties.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice-versa.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures.

Working conditions
