Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate tiling works at project sites, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Manage and lead site workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and finishing meet required standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients on project requirements and updates.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, work progress updates, and resolve site issues.
• Monitor use of materials and control wastage.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe practices at worksite.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction, preferably in tiling works.
• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field preferred (relevant experience may also be considered).
• Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and installation standards.
• Familiar with workplace safety regulations and able to enforce compliance on-site.
• Good leadership and communication skills to manage workers and liaise with stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, handle pressure, and meet project deadlines.
