Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a qualified professional to ensure compliance with design and construction works. Key responsibilities include managing project documents, conducting site inspections, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates must have a degree in Building/Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Flexibility to work overtime and in Jurong Island is required.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices.
• To manage and be responsible for all documents for the project(s) & other works being assigned from time to time.
• Site inspection, planning and other site activities, etc.
• Ensure and be responsible for all safety & compliance of work on site.
• Monitor & coordinate project progress.
• Ensure delivery and receipt of all project documents by deadlines.
• Generate various project document control reports as required.
• Control of all materials.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 03 years experiences in relevant field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in Jurong Island
• Mon to Sat (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)
