Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Facilities Management team during a construction project at Singapore Aviation Academy. The role involves organizing project documents, scheduling meetings, drafting minutes, and tracking project issues. The position is a 6-month renewable contract with working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The salary range for this position is between $3500 and $4000.

Job description

This position will start off as a 6-month renewable contract.

Location

Requires working at Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) at 1 Aviation Drive and Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) Office at Airport Terminal 2 when needed.

Duties

Currently, SAA campus is undergoing construction works (also known as Spatial Transformation (ST) project) and the SAA Facilities Management (FM) team is managing this project. You will be supporting the SAA FM team as an SAA ST Project Administrator during the construction until its end. The job scope comprises:

  • Organise and maintain project files, correspondences, and document management.
  • Meetings – scheduling, assemble materials, drafting of minutes for review, track and ensure timelines are met.
  • Tracking of project issues, maintain overview of outstanding matters in RFI / RFA (Request for information / Request for approvals) and track closure.
  • Scheduling and preparation of materials for ad-hoc meetings, project activities as required.
Working Hours

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Salary

$3500-$4000
