Job description

Primary Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation and Finishing: Apply various finishes, including paints, primers, or sealers, to building interiors, exteriors, rooms, and other structures.

• Job Site Preparation: Prepare, clean, and protect work areas (job sites) by setting up drop cloths, masking, and taping surfaces to prevent damage.

• Color and Material Mixing: Accurately mix colors, oils, and other materials to achieve the required color, shade, or consistency according to project specifications.

• Surface Restoration: Remove old or peeling paint coatings and other materials using appropriate tools and techniques when necessary to ensure proper adhesion of new finishes.

• Material Handling: Move and organize materials, tools, and equipment around the job site as assigned to maintain work efficiency.

• Work Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project and ensure thorough cleanup of all worksite debris upon completion.

Requirements and Work Conditions

• Physical Stamina and Adaptability: Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including working outdoors under various weather conditions, such as hot and sunny days.
