Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee day‑day operations, including manpower allocation, construction progress monitoring, scheduling, and cost control.

• Risk Management & Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively address project challenges, such as delays, emergencies, and site issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and developers to resolve issues and ensure compliance.

• Resource Optimization:

  • Optimize resource utilization through effective manpower planning, work scheduling, and cost management.
  • Control expenses related to materials, labor, and machinery for both new and ongoing projects.

• Quality & Safety Assurance:

  • Implement safe and efficient construction methodologies.
  • Enforce project standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Other:

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
