Job Description
- Team Leadership & Site Oversight: Lead onsite teams and manage contractors to ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery through structured scheduling, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
- Safety & Compliance: Champion a culture of safety by enforcing protocols, managing incident reporting, and ensuring environmental standards, security systems, and committee oversight are maintained.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to approved drawings and specifications, supervise inspections and defect management, and guide quality benchmarks including CONQUAS and Green Marks score achievements.
- Client & Consultant Engagement: Understand client objectives, foster smooth collaboration with consultants, and resolve outstanding items through proactive site coordination and progress reporting.
- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee short-range programmes, coordinate timely delivery of materials and long-lead items, manage inspections, and ensure contract demonstrations and QA/QC processes are conducted with accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Science
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically with major A&A works and ERSS/piling projects
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and project coordination
- Familiarity with CONQUAS/GM scoring systems is a plus
