Job description
What this job involves:
  • Day‑to‑day managing of operations in the coWorking as part of a team and reporting directly to the headquarters portfolio manager
  • Play a key role in our delivery of quality property management services to clients.
  • Drive initiatives that helps to achieve the highest service levels expected by our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with the team, property’s council members and residents.
  • Plan the daily operations and ensure the general maintenance of the condominium.
  • Prepare and implement an emergency/crisis management plan.
  • Keep all details in check, specifically in terms of budget and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies.
Requirements:
  • Strong Grip of BMSMA laws related to a condominium.
  • Well-versed in both oral and written communication.
  • Possesses positivity and a can‑do attitude.
  • Able to effectively resolves conflicts while maintaining professionalism in the process.
  • Can efficiently work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Has a solid know‑how of the most recent technology.
  • At least three years’ working experience in residential property management.
  • A diploma / degree related to business, building or property management. Alternatively, an Accredited Managing Agent Individual with the relevant professional certification.
