Job summary

A facilities management company is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a condominium in Singapore. The role includes leading a team of site staff, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA). Candidates should hold a Degree or Diploma in Estate Management or a related discipline and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the condominium
• Ability to lead a team of site staff
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Supervise and co‑ordinate all maintenance, repairs and improvement works to the condominium
• Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations
• Manage expenditure, budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies
• Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM
