About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Compliance & Risk Analyst to support the company's risk management framework and ensure regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for monitoring operational activities, reviewing business partners and analyzing internal data to detect potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
Risk Monitoring & Assessment
  • Perform real-time and periodic monitoring of operational and regulatory risks across business units.
  • Analyze risk indicators (e.g. abnormal transactions, system alerts, suspicious user behavior) and elevate issues promptly.
  • Conduct reviews on clients, partners, transactions and internal processes to identify compliance gaps or risk exposures.
Compliance Management
  • Ensure business activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation (policies, SOPs, checklists)
  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory reporting and follow-up actions
Risk Reporting & Documentation
  • Consolidate, analyze and prepare daily/weekly/monthly risk reports for management review
  • Highlight emerging risks, trends, and potential areas of concern with actionable recommendations
  • Maintain incident logs, investigation summaries and risk dashboards
Policy, Controls & Process Improvement
  • Assist in developing and refining risk models, business rules, and monitoring controls
  • Participate in system enhancement projects to improve risk detection and compliance efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal governance
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Risk Management, Data Analysts or related fields
  • Experience in risk management, compliance, fraud detection or operations is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and detect anomalies
  • Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks, internal controls, or regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
