A leading supermarket company in Singapore is seeking a Compliance & Licensing Manager to handle applications and ensure regulatory compliance for various licenses. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Singapore Food Agency and must coordinate with multiple teams during renovations. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety regulations and halal processes.

We are looking for a capable and experienced Compliance & Licensing Manager who has hands‑on experience dealing with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), or has previously worked in F&B businesses, supermarkets, central kitchens, or food production facilities. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the regulatory landscape and able to manage, apply for, track, and renew multiple operational licences for our supermarket and central kitchen.
Ensure all outlets, warehouse, processing areas, and storage facilities remain compliant with SFA, MUIS, NEA, and other government regulations. Prepare documentation, audits, floor plans, and compliance records.
Coordinate between supermarket operations, central kitchen team, contractors, and authorities during renovations or licence upgrades. Support setup of new shops, kiosks, and food production areas.
