Job description
What you will do
  • Build and manage community channels across APAC using regionally preferred platforms (e.g., LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, KakaoTalk, Facebook Groups).
  • Monitor sentiment, engagement metrics, and overall community health to identify growth and retention opportunities.
  • Channel user insights into broader product, growth, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Design and execute localized content, events, and campaigns tailored to different local user segments.
  • Identify, recruit, and collaborate with local brand ambassadors and advocates to scale community impact.
  • Localize global campaigns to align with market-specific tone, behaviors, and cultural preferences.
What we are looking for
  • 2+ years of experience in user community management, marketing, and operations in the APAC region.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Strong knowledge of country-specific social/community platforms and user preferences.
  • Strong self-management ability and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and scale grassroots community programs.
  • Intercultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt brand voice for different markets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the tech industry (AI hardware and/or software).
  • Proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean.
  • Previous involvement in building local ambassador or moderator programs.
  • Familiarity with regional data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA in Singapore, PIPL in China).
