Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain, debug, and troubleshoot assembly line equipment to ensure stable, reliable operation.
  2. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
  3. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment to meet expected performance standards.
  4. Optimise equipment performance to improve production efficiency and product quality.
  5. Train operators on correct equipment usage and basic maintenance to enhance equipment utilisation.
  6. Record and analyse equipment failure data, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring issues.
  7. Work with vendors on equipment upgrades, modifications, and technical improvements aligned with production needs.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
    Minimum 2 years of equipment maintenance or commissioning experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with automated production equipment such as conveyor systems and assembly machinery.
