We are looking for a driven, confident, and independent Sales Designer to join Om Decor on a 100% commission-based structure.

1. Sales & Client Engagement

• Handle new commercial enquiries (office, retail, clinic, F&B)

• Meet clients to understand needs and provide design consultation

• Prepare and present concept boards, layouts, and mood boards

• Work with the Director on costing and design refinement

• Follow up strategically to secure project confirmation

2. Design Support

• Propose space planning ideas

• Choose materials and finishes suitable for commercial clients

• Communicate with drafting/rendering support for visuals

• Present design proposals confidently

3. Project Management

• Conduct kickoff meetings with clients

• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors

• Plan schedules, progress timelines, and material deliveries

• Visit sites to monitor progress and ensure work quality

• Update clients on project status

• Handle minor issues before they escalated

• Work closely with Director to ensure smooth project execution

4. Business Development

• Build your own network of commercial clients

• Leverage contacts from property agents, landlords, or business owners

• Promote OM Decor’s renovation capabilities

• Grow into a long‑term senior role with leadership opportunities
