Job summary

A maritime services company based in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Executive responsible for managing the invoicing process for customers, maintaining supply order integrity, and assisting management with administrative support. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in English and Chinese. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.   • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel).
  • Able to work under constant deadline pressure.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handling of all customers' invoicing process.
  • Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders.
  • Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies.
  • Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities.
  • Assist in managing weekly order status reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for the Manager and Team Leader.

Job description

The Commercial Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

Responsibilities
  • Handling of all customers' (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.
  • Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders.
  • Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies.
  • Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities.
  • Assist in managing weekly order status reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for the Manager and Team Leader.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Working Hours: Tue - Sat 9 AM - 6 PM; Sun 9 AM - 1 PM; Alternate Sunday work following confirmation.
Requirements
  • Good spoken and written Chinese is an advantage.
