Job summary

A leading local company in Singapore is seeking a Command Centre Officer to oversee car park management. You will handle inbound and outbound communication, maintain records of incidents, and ensure smooth operations of automated car parks. The ideal candidate has at least an N-Level Certificate and a year of experience in a call center or car park system. This full-time role offers a salary up to $2,100 monthly along with bonuses and requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Position: Command Centre Officer (Car Park Management)

Well Established Singapore-Based SME

Working Days: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Rest (8am - 8pm)

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Salary: Up to $2,100 + AWS + Variable Bonus + $70 Punctuality Allowance

Location: Ubi

Industry: Car Park Management

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls including feedback and enquiry from Public, EMSU, HDB/Commercial Operations and Technical Team.
  • Record all feedback and incidents reported to Command Centre onto the Daily Report.
  • Check and monitor the smooth running of all automated car parks.
  • Monitor and ensure the HDB Server PCs, EHT Host and CEPAS Settlement PC are in good working condition at all times.
  • Check incoming email regularly and promptly process the work requests from HDB and other Authorities.
  • Check and monitor the working KPIs for HDB car parks and send reminder to HDB Operations Team before the cut off time.
Requirements
  • Minimum N-Level Certificate.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, especially monitoring systems, server dashboards, or simple troubleshooting.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in call centre or carpark systems.
  • Able to handle public feedback.
  • Willing to work shift hours, weekends, or public holidays, and may be required to cover night shift if duty personnel is on MC.
