What You'll Do
  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Drive a people-first culture - hiring, training, and mentoring your team
  • Ensure high standards of service, food quality, and coffee experience
  • Manage rostering, stock, and cost controls to achieve business goals
  • Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives, upselling, and guest engagement
  • Work closely with senior management to grow the CMCR brand and guest experience
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in F&B
  • Strong understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • A natural leader with excellent communication and people management skills
  • Passion for specialty coffee, good food, and creating a welcoming guest experience
