Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for a skilled individual to manage business development by sourcing new partnerships for SPX collection points. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and prior experience in the Third-Party Logistics industry. Key responsibilities include managing the acquisition cycle and monitoring collection point performance. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, along with a strong problem-solving ability. Willingness to travel for on-site assessments is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry is necessary.
  • Experience in Business Development or Sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source new partnership opportunities for SPX collection points.
  • Pitch the SPX program to potential partners.
  • Manage the full acquisition cycle including lead generation and contract signing.
  • Monitor performance of collection points to maintain service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pool and network of SPX collection points
  • On-ground hunting for partnerships
  • Reaching out to identified leads and pitching the SPX program
  • Managing the full acquisition cycle - including lead generation, contract signing, and coordination of point of sale material delivery (POSM)
  • To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX’s long term partners
  • Monitor collection points' performance by areas to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a specialisation in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • Prior experience in the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry is required
  • Relevant experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, or Sales
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships
  • Willingness to travel for periodic partner visits and on-site assessments
