Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume food production or warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy weights (30kg or more).
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with the production team.

Responsibilities

• Measure and load green coffee beans into roasting machines according to production schedules.
• Participate in daily quality assurance sessions to ensure batch quality standards.
• Manage and track coffee inventory and fulfill large orders for dispatch.
• Organize, clean, and maintain roasting equipment and production facility.
• Adhere to SOPs and assist in training staff on coffee knowledge.
