Job description

• Hiring for 2 roles

• Role 1: CNC Programmer (Basic up to $4k)

• Role 2: Production Manager (Basic up to $6k)

• Location: West

• 5 days work week

• OT Payable

• AWS & VB
  

🔧 1) CNC Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Create & modify CNC programs for prototypes and production parts

• Analyse drawings, select tooling, cutting speeds & feed rates

• Support material sourcing and prepare machining process worksheets

• Design simple jigs/fixtures and troubleshoot machining issues
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Precision Engineering

• 3+ yrs CNC programming experience

• Skilled inMastercam,SolidWorks,G/M code,GD&T

• Familiar withFanuc controllers & 3-axis milling (5-face advantage)
  

🏭 2) Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead full production operations: Machining, Welding, Painting, Assembly

• Plan schedules, assign tasks & meet daily output targets

• Resolve technical/operational issues & enforce SOPs

• Ensure machines/equipment meet maintenance standards

• Manage manpower, productivity & quality standards
  

Requirements:

• 10+ yrs experience in production/manufacturing

• Strong leadership, planning & problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of quality & safety regulations

• Able to work12-hour shiftsincluding weekends
