Job description

Responsibility

• Establish and improve process conditions and technology
• Set up process parameters/recipe for CMP and other semiconductor equipment
• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials
• Analyse and improve abnormal processes
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve process problems
• Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities
• Able to handle issues related to endpointdetection, defect management, removal rate discrepancies, and other process-related concerns.
• Perform Process Acceptance Tests (PAT) for new tools and maintain daily work records to share with the local team, HQ, and customer.
• Support customers in process improvement initiatives, with a particular focus on major customers activities.
• Attend periodical meetings to discuss and present project progress
• Prepare and send a weekly process work report.
• Document and share daily process-related updates and reports with relevant stakeholders

Job Requirement

• CMP Process Engineer is responsible for improving and optimizing processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience improves product quality, reliability, and cost reduction.
• Diploma/ Degree – Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• CMP Process Engineer experience for more than 3 Yrs.
• Able to explain/ communicate with customers, suppliers, team members, HQ.
