Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software development using C++, Go, Java, or Python.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and lead a team of engineers for cloud networking technology.
• Develop and execute the long-term technical goal for networking products.
• Mentor and grow a team of engineers, fostering innovation.
• Guide the design and architecture of complex distributed systems.
• Align strategy across multiple teams for delivery of time-sensitive programs.
